How to change date and time on Q&Q digital watch

I got changing date and time so hard on a digital Q&Q watch when I first bought it. I tried for a long time to change the date and time of my watch. At last I was able to change that. Then I found the process easier than any other digital watch. But if a new user of Q&Q digital watch try to change the date and time, he'll also find the process hard. O, before describing the process I want to tell something about this watch. I got Q&Q watch the best watch I have ever used. Most of the digital Q&Q watch's battery life remain 10 years. It has nice functions those are really very convenient for its users. Now let's see how to change the date and time on this watch.


On most of the watches except Q&Q you usually reset date and time using 'Mode' button. Here the process is different. You'll find 2 buttons on the right portion of your watch. Those are: on top right the start or stop (ST.STP) button and the another is, on the bottom right, the RESET button.


Now long press the 'ST.STP' button. Hold this button pressed for about 3 seconds. At the time of pressing this button, press the 'RESET' button. It means, pressing the 'ST.STP' and 'RESET' buttons together.


After that you'll find a option is beeping. That may be date or time or may be anything. Now press 'ST.STP' button to switch between one function to another. You can change the date/time by pressing 'RESET' button. To stop or finish resetting, press the 'MODE' button. That's all.


I have used this process Q&Q PW035 watch. I think this process is same for all Q&Q digital watches. Now try this on yours if you didn't know the process before reading this article.

    i figured out how to change the time nd date ... still stuck with day ... today is thursday but in my watch its still wed .. any idea how i can change it

    Sorry for doing late to reply, Mike. OK, I have understood your problem. I tried changing the day of my watch after getting your comment. I could change the day following the process I have told in this tutorial. Hope you will also be able to change the day if you repeat the process. Make sure that you have made proper relation between the year, month and date. If you do so, certainly the day will be adjusted. In spite this, you can change only the day particularly. Try it. If you again fail, please feel free to inform me again.

    Well, thank you. I have this watch for more then 7 years and it was always on summer time. So half of year it was showing correct time, half of year - one hour in advance. I rarely used it but still... I was so lazy, never bother to try to find how to change it to correct time until this moment :D

    I bought Q&Q 10 bar watch for my son but when I am pressing any buttons its not working and not giving any beep. I tried to press reset and st/stop together but no luck. Do you have any idea?
